Hi there!

I’m Noubahar (aka New Spring), the brains – or rather the stomach – behind New Spring Eats! I always enjoyed cooking and baking, but took it up as a more regular hobby during the COVID-19 pandemic. Cooking to me is almost a meditative process. It’s one of the few experiences that touches so many of our senses. The physical sensation of the ingredients in our hands as we wash and cut them, the aromas that fill our entire home within minutes, the texture and flavours as we finally sit down and take that first bite.

Next time you’re cooking up a meal, I challenge you to pay close attention to the little details throughout the process. I guarantee you’ll be able to taste the difference!
