Baked Cookie Oatmeal
Is it a breakfast? A snack? A dessert? It can be whatever you want! Naturally vegan and gluten-free.
Ingredients:
1/2 cups oats
1/2 banana
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
Chocolate chips
Method:
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Add oats to a blender and grind into flour.
Add all other ingredients except chocolate chips.
Pour batter into a ramekin and top with chocolate chips (can also add berries or nuts).
Bake for 25 minutes.
