Baked Cookie Oatmeal

Is it a breakfast? A snack? A dessert? It can be whatever you want! Naturally vegan and gluten-free.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cups oats

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

  • Pinch of salt

  • Chocolate chips

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. Add oats to a blender and grind into flour.

  3. Add all other ingredients except chocolate chips.

  4. Pour batter into a ramekin and top with chocolate chips (can also add berries or nuts).

  5. Bake for 25 minutes.
