Pakistani Fruit Chaat

Say goodbye to boring fruit salads. This fruit chaat is tangy, sweet, and sour all at the same time. I’ve listed my favourite fruits to use, but you can use whatever you have on hand.

Ingredients:

  • 1 apple, diced into small pieces

  • 1 pear, diced into small pieces

  • 1 orange, diced into small pieces

  • 1 banana, cut lengthwise and sliced

  • 1/2 cup grapes, cut lengthwise

  • 1/2 pomegranate

  • 1 1/2 tsp chaat masala

  • 1/4 cup orange juice

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients.

  2. Chill before serving.
